Promotion Terms and Conditions

Design A Jodhpur Promotion

  1. Information on how to participate in the current promotion form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
  2. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia, New Zealand, USA & UK. Employees of the Promoter and their associated agencies and companies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
  3. The Promoter is Roxberry Group Pty Ltd ACN 139 018 134 trading as Windsor Apparel & Windsor Riding Apparel. Mailing Address P.O. Box 1285, Collingwood, Victoria, 3066, Australia.
  4. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other special offers, discounts or promotion unless indicated otherwise.
  5. The promotion commences at 12.01am on 21 July 2010 and finishes at 5.00pm on 1 October 2010 (“Promotional Period”). All Jodhpurs designs must be received by 5.00pm on 1 October 2010. Entries received after this date will be deemed invalid and ineligible to enter the promotion. No extensions will be given under any circumstances.
  6. To enter, simply send your unique Jodhpur design together with all contact details - Full Name, Age, Address, email address, Mobile number and or Home phone number to “Windsor Apparel - Design A Jodhpur & Win”, P.O. Box 1285, Collingwood, Victoria 3066, Australia. Alternatively, Jodhpur Designs can be emailed to info@windsorapparel.com.au. Designs sent in without full contact information will not be allowed entry into the competition.
  7. Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.
  8. All Jodhpur designs will be judged on original design, concept & styling. Final designs may be placed on the Windsor Apparel website or Windsor Apparel Facebook site in order to allow visitors to these sites to vote on the winning design. The winning design may then be influenced by the amount of votes received by viewers. Ultimately the decision of which design wins will be decided by Windsor Apparel based taking into consideration the previous points mentioned.
  9. Entries will be deemed void if directly copied from existing designs, or if existing images or designs have been used without prior permission from the creator / designer. A submission will be declined if it contains copyrighted material. A submission may also be declined if it’s a duplicate. Multiple submissions with the same sender details will not be counted.
  10. By entering the promotion the designer is giving Windsor Apparel exclusive rights to print, edit, display and produce the design with no limitations. Rights of the artwork and design is passed onto Windsor Apparel once the design is submitted to Windsor Apparel either by email, standard mail, or any other forms of communication.
  11. The winning design will be awarded a years worth of Jodhpurs, this equates to 6 pairs of Jodhpurs. These 6 pairs of jodhpurs can be chosen by the winner from any of jodhpur styles that appear on the Windsor Apparel website. In addition, the winning design, if deemed commercial, may be produced by Windsor Apparel as well as named after the designer, and sold over the next 12 - 24 months in Australia, New Zealand and worldwide.
